Elim Church, Saskatoon
This new work of contemporary architecture contains 69,500 square feet of space with a sanctuary seating 1350 people. It was completed in the Summer of 2012 by David’s Ontario office, Parker Architects.
Designed to be not only a church but a neighbourhood community centre, this new facility is arranged around a great hall, off of which is the 1350 seat auditorium, kitchen cafeteria style servery and coffee lounge, administration, library, double gymnasium, theatre, youth rooms and education areas. The 10 acre property was laid out to allow for development of two seniors housing projects. Visit the Elim website here.
